Terms and Conditions

These general conditions apply to all donation payments made on our website.

1 – Identification:

Tara Women Entrepreneurs Foundation (hereinafter "Tara For Women") was established on 07/05/2021, its registration in the Registry of Foundations of state jurisdiction by Resolution of 10/27/2021, with the assigned registration number 2439. Provided with CIF G06928824, domiciled at C/ Montesa 35. Esc. Der. 28006. Madrid-Spain. Telephone 913 500 314.

2 – Activity:

TARA FOR WOMEN works with women around the world, helping and empowering them to achieve their personal and professional dreams. Creating opportunities that they would not normally have access to, through the support of the global talent network and worldwide recognition.

3 – Payment Method:

The donor can freely choose to pay the donations made by credit or debit card, direct debit or similar means such as PayPal, Bizum or Gofundme. The donor must first fill in their personal details and their NIF in order to correctly identify the donation and so that we can issue the corresponding donation certificate. Donations are accepted as irrevocable donations, so their cancellation or return is not possible.

4 – Security and confidentiality:

TARA FOR WOMEN guarantees the security and confidentiality of all communications with its donors. All online payment transactions are carried out through a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which protects data against attempts by third parties to violate it.

TARA FOR WOMEN guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal, address, payment and any other type of data provided by our donors in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation. All data provided by our donors to TARA FOR WOMEN will be included in an automated personal data file created and maintained under the responsibility of TARA FOR WOMEN, for the purpose established in each data collection form.

In compliance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation, donors of TARA FOR WOMEN may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to their personal data by writing to TARA FOR WOMEN, Calle Montesa 35, Esc. 5 – Obligations of donors:

Users who wish to register as donors must complete the form on our website. Donor status is personal and non-transferable. Through this form, users must provide their personal identification data, contact details and bank details. (Read and accept our privacy policy).

In the case of regular donations, they may be made through the Website www.taraforwomen.org, by direct debit and/or credit or debit card, or through the PayPal, Bizum, Gofundme system, for which the person, by accepting the terms and conditions, authorizes Tara to request the financial institution to debit the bank account provided and for the amount chosen by the user. Once the data has been received by our website, we will proceed to send confirmation of the operation via email, sending the standardized SEPA direct debit form so that we can transfer the indicated amounts to your account.

One-off donations can be made by bank card, through the online payment system TPV. You will be automatically redirected to the secure online payment platform (TPV) system of the corresponding financial institution, where you will be asked for your credit or debit card details (card number and expiry date). The virtual payment platform has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the information provided.

Donors are responsible for keeping their data up to date and communicating any changes to TARA FOR WOMEN.

Donors must not reveal or transmit any membership number or any other identifier to third parties, as well as any other personal data that could be used against the interests of TARA FOR WOMEN or third parties.

Donors are obliged to make correct use of the rights and advantages offered by such status.

Tara reserves the right to deny or withdraw donor status if it is aware of conduct that goes against the law, morality, good customs, as well as those terms and conditions that have been specifically agreed with the member. Likewise, TARA FOR WOMEN reserves the right to withdraw membership status if the established quotas are not met.

For any request to modify your membership data, you have the following communication channel at your disposal:
• Email info@taraforwomen.org (do not forget to identify yourself with your full name along with your NIF/DNI or Passport).

Once you have registered as a member, you will receive at least the following communications:
• Welcome package with relevant information about the Foundation.
• Donation certificate, at the end of the fiscal year.

These Conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all commercial transactions carried out through the website. Likewise, TARA FOR WOMEN reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.

The user is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to TARA FOR WOMEN.

6 – Destination of Donations:

Donations will be allocated to activities and projects developed by TARA FOR WOMEN with the aim of supporting women with entrepreneurial projects through various projects, programs and activities according to the Foundation's areas of activity.

As this is a legally unconditional donation, the right is reserved to use it in another line of action or program, always within the general objectives of TARA FOR WOMEN and its mission. In this way, donors understand and accept that, by donating directly to the Association, the donations will be used at its discretion.

7 – Minimum donation, acceptance and international donations:

A. To make a one-time donation online, the user must go to the “Donate” section of the portal. Once in the section, they must choose the amount they wish to donate.

In accordance with article 42 of Royal Decree 304/2014, of May 5, approving the Regulation of Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, TARA FOR WOMEN will identify and verify the identity of its donors who make a donation equal to or greater than one hundred (100) euros. For this reason, it is necessary that you provide us with the corresponding supporting documentation (NIF, passport, etc.).

To make a regular donation, the user must go to the “Private Area” section of the portal. Once in the section, they must choose the amount they wish to donate, the minimum amount is 20 euros per month. However, they may unsubscribe from their membership. To do so, they must contact info@taraforwomen.org, identifying themselves as a member and expressing their desire to unsubscribe, in accordance with the deadlines established in the refund and cancellation policy.

B. Our virtual platform allows us to accept donations from all over the world.

8 – Cancellation and Refund Policy:

No cancellations or refunds of donations already made are accepted. Donors understand and accept that all donations processed on the website are final, and donors waive their right to claim a refund or return. TARA FOR WOMEN does not process or execute refunds or returns for amounts donated through the website.

Regarding recurring donations, cancellation will be accepted, provided that it is communicated 20 days in advance of the date of payment of the next installment, in writing to the following email: info@taraforwomen.org, indicating in the subject “Cancellation of recurring donation” and your identifying data.

Cancellations reported by any other means will not be accepted.

9 – General Conditions:

TARA FOR WOMEN reserves the right to accept or reject a donation. TARA FOR WOMEN will not accept donations from illegal sources, criminal associations or organizations or those that place conditions on the Foundation itself or its projects.
