It is the governing and representative body responsible for ensuring compliance with the foundation's purposes and mission. It does so through steering, advisory, and oversight functions carried out by the president, vice president, secretary, and trustees.

Bill Saad is an internationally recognized entrepreneur. He grew up between Canada, where he studied economics at the University of Montreal, and France, where he spent two years at the Sorbonne in Paris, before returning to Canada to complete an MBA at the University of Quebec. He is the founder and president of the Tara Women Entrepreneurs Foundation.

Julian Saad studied at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management and graduated as Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, International Management. Julian is a life coach for founders and CEOs - he has coached over 350 high performers to build intentional lives and businesses - We Keep Movin'. He is the son of the founder and Vice President of Tara Women Entrepreneurs Foundation.

His professional experience includes serving as CFO of Fritermia S.A. from 1999 to 2006, and CFO of Topigs Iberica Group from 2006 to 2010. Enrique Zouein: Board Member
Enrique is the Investment Director in Real Estate. He holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE University in Madrid. Enrique joined Tyrus Capital from Tyndaris. He has extensive expertise in structuring and executing real estate and corporate transactions across asset classes, jurisdictions, and investment products, including preferred equity, mezzanine and senior debt, NPLs, secondary lending, and direct equity. Enrique is a member of the board.

Alex is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in launching innovative products. He is an expert in blockchain and decentralized business models. He studied in Russia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business/Managerial Economics. He also studied at IE Business School, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently the co-founder of Secure Data Exchange Solution and Artifact Labs. He is a member of the board.

Carolina has developed her professional career in the field of Human Resources, training, recruitment, and administration, both in Venezuela and Spain. She holds a degree as a University Higher Technician in Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Law. Currently, she holds the position of HR Generalist in the group's companies. She is a member of the advisory board and is responsible for everything related to human resources at the Tara for Women Foundation.
