OUR MENTORS

THEY BELIEVE WOMEN ARE THE FUTURE

Our mentorship program wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team of mentors. They’re professionals from a wide range of fields (marketing strategists, business developers, financial advisors, IT specialists, coaches, and more) who volunteer their time to support the women in our program. Some are entrepreneurs themselves. Others come from corporate backgrounds. All of them share a commitment to helping women grow their ideas into solid, sustainable projects.

Thoughtful, generous and curious.

WHO THEY ARE

Our mentors are not just experts. They don’t show up to give all the answers… they’re here to ask good questions, offer perspective, and walk alongside each entrepreneur through real challenges and growth.

Each mentor brings something different

MENTORSHIP WITH HEART

Many of our mentors are experienced professionals with 10+ years in their field, founders and business owners, and specialists in their industries.

Some offer big-picture strategy. Others focus on day-to-day structure and decision-making. Many share valuable tools, insights, or even connections.

But what makes this team special is the human side. Our mentors listen. They encourage. They hold space for uncertainty and progress. And they do it with care.

"Being a mentor at Tara for Women is not only about teaching. It’s about being present for someone who’s building something from the ground up."
