The purpose of these conditions is to inform the public about the method of access and use of the content and services offered on the Tara Mujeres Emprendedoras Foundation portal (hereinafter, “Tara For Women”), which can be accessed free of charge at www.taraforwomen.org and whose information is current as of the date of its last update.
Access to the Portal and the information it contains implies acceptance of the conditions set forth in this Legal Notice. We therefore recommend that you read its content carefully if you wish to access and use the information and services that may be offered at any time from the Portal.
Tara For Women reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to notify or inform users of such obligations, with publication on the Tara For Women website being deemed sufficient.

2 – Users:
Access and/or use and/or participation in the Portal confers the status of User on the person doing so, and expresses the User's full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the conditions reflected herein.
3 – Use of the Portal:
Access, navigation and use of the Portal is the responsibility of the User, and the User agrees to diligently and faithfully observe any additional instructions given by Tara For Women or by authorized personnel of Tara For Women regarding the use of the Portal and its contents. Likewise, we urge you to inform Tara For Women of any fact of which you are aware that constitutes conduct contrary to law or violates the rights of any third party. Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable.
Therefore, the User agrees to use the contents in a diligent, correct, lawful manner and in particular, agrees to refrain from:
• Use the content for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good customs or public order.
• Distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the content, unless written authorization is obtained from the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.
• Use the content and, in particular, information of any kind obtained through the Portal or the services to send advertising, communications for direct sales or for any other type of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a plurality of people regardless of their purpose, as well as refrain from marketing or disclosing said information in any way.
The Portal provides access to a multitude of information, services or data on the Internet belonging to Tara For Women and/or its collaborators to which the User may have access.
Given that the User assumes responsibility for the use of the Portal and its contents, said responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary, if applicable, to access certain specific services or contents. In said registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If as a consequence of this registration, the User is provided with a password, the User undertakes to make diligent use of it and to keep the password secret to access these services. Consequently, the User is responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided by Tara For Women, and undertakes not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, or to allow access to them by third parties. The User shall be responsible for any use of the services by any illegitimate third party who uses a password for such purposes due to careless use or loss of the password by the User.
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content that Tara For Women offers through its Portal; and by way of example, but not limited to, not to use it to: (i) engage in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; and/or (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or in violation of human rights; and/or (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Tara For Women, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; and/or (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the email addresses that you provide us at any time may be used to send information and/or documentation from Tara For Women. 4 – Intellectual and industrial property:
The name of the Tara Women Entrepreneurs Foundation (“Tara For Women”), as well as other distinctive signs (graphic or word-based) that appear on this Portal, are the exclusive property of Tara For Women, which has duly registered them, unless indicated on the Portal that they belong to another owner. Their use by third parties who lack the required authorization, which must be in writing, is prohibited.
Any presence on this site of distinctive signs of ownership other than that mentioned in the preceding paragraph is carried out without commercial purposes and with the authorization of their legitimate owners, always with due respect for their exclusive rights.
Likewise, the domain names “www.taraforwomen.org” and all those that serve to directly access this website are the exclusive property of the Tara Women Entrepreneurs Foundation (Tara For Women). Improper use of these would constitute an infringement of the rights conferred by their registration and will be prosecuted by the means provided for by law.
Tara For Women, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Portal, as well as the elements contained therein (for example: images; sound; audio, video; software or texts; brands or logos; color combinations and graphic typology; structure and design; selection of materials used; computer programs necessary for its operation; computer codes; access and use; etc.). Thus, ownership corresponds to Tara For Women or its licensors.
Consequently, it is not permitted to suppress, evade or manipulate the copyright notice and any other data identifying the rights of Tara For Women or its owners incorporated into the content, as well as the technical protection devices, digital fingerprints or any information and/or identification mechanisms that may be found in the contents of the Portal. Under no circumstances will it be understood that the User's access and/or navigation implies a waiver, transmission, authorization, license or total or partial transfer of said rights by Tara For Women.
For the above reasons, the User undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Tara For Women, so that the Portal and the content it contains may not be transformed, distributed, sold, transmitted, publicly communicated, exploited, modified, altered, decompiled and/or transferred to third parties, in whole or in part, using any type of support or means, except with the express written authorisation of Tara For Women or, where applicable, the owner or owners of the corresponding rights.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, reproduction of the contents of the Portal by any means is permitted with the limitations indicated below:
• The User undertakes to keep all intellectual property notices intact, expressly recognising Tara For Women as the legitimate owner of all industrial and intellectual property rights of the reproduced content. The above information must be expressly stated in the corresponding Legal Notice of the work in which any content of the Portal is reproduced or, if there is no Legal Notice, it must be stated in a similar and prominent place in the work;
• the User must cite the source;
• the contents of the Portal may not be used for commercial purposes;
• the content of the Portal may not be reproduced in works whose content is contrary to existing regulations, may be considered immoral or may undermine or damage the image of Tara For Women, as well as go against its ethical principles;
• the reproduced content may not be altered, transformed or otherwise modified;
• a work derived from the Portal and/or its content may not be created or generated that may cause confusion regarding the ownership of said work or the relationship of the owner of the same with Tara For Women. The public may not be induced to believe that Tara For Women endorses the work and/or the use of the reproduced content.
The content of the Portal may be downloaded to the User's terminal (download), provided that it is for immediate private use or for reproduction in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph and with the limitations set forth.
You may view the elements of the Portal and even print, copy and store them on your computer's hard drive or any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use and provided that this does not infringe any of Tara For Women's intellectual or industrial property rights. In particular, you may not alter, manipulate, modify and/or delete them, either in whole or in part.
Tara For Women does not transfer ownership of its software to the User. Tara For Women retains all industrial and intellectual property rights, including the software. If the User transfers software from this Portal to his/her terminal, he/she may not dissect it for study, or decompile it, translate the original object code version or its language into another code or language.
Additionally, the User must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the Portal. Tara For Women does not transfer ownership of its software to the User. Tara For Women retains all industrial and intellectual property rights, including the software. If the User transfers the software of this Portal to his/her terminal, he/she may not dissect it for study, decompile it, or translate the version of the original object code or its language into another code or language.
Likewise, the User must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the Portal.
5 – Use of content:
Creative Commons License ( creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/es/ ): the user will be free to copy, reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate the work, as long as the original author is cited and acknowledged, as well as the source where it was published (institution, publication, journal, etc.). It is not allowed to generate derivative works or use it for commercial purposes. The licensee must comply with the recognition requirement (must adequately acknowledge the authorship and source, as well as provide a link to the license; this can be done in any reasonable way, but not in a way that suggests that the user has the support of the licensor or receives it for the use he makes) and share it equally. It is important to take into account that the user will not have to comply with the license for those elements of the material in the public domain or when their use is permitted by the application of an exception or a limit, as well as that the license may not offer all the necessary permissions for the intended use; for example, other rights such as publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit the use of the material.
The designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the CONTROLLER and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible controversy that may arise in relation to them.
6 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities:
Tara For Women is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, for example: errors or omissions in the content; and/or lack of availability of the Portal; and/or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.
Tara For Women does not guarantee or accept responsibility, under any circumstances, for the following facts and content: The information, both its own and that of third parties, that appears on the Portal is provided "as is", without guarantees of any kind as to its accuracy and updating. Consequently, Tara For Women is not responsible for any possible damages that the use of the same may cause. In this regard, it must be kept in mind that it cannot always be guaranteed that information available on the website exactly reproduces a text. Thus, only the texts in the printed editions of Tara For Women and that information given personally by someone who is competent in the legally and regulatory established manner will be considered authentic. All of this does not prevent Tara For Women from acting with the utmost diligence when it comes to offering the most accurate, complete and up-to-date information in relation to official documents and information.
In relation to the above, the information, content and data of any kind contained in the Portal are thoroughly reviewed before publication. However, as with any other intellectual creation involving human and mechanical activity, it is not possible to guarantee that they are absolutely free of typos, typing errors, composition defects and equivalent problems, so Tara For Women strongly recommends that the User be alert to possible updates or corrections incorporated into the Portal, that they confirm the data that are of special interest to them through the personal, telephone, fax and e-mail communication channels provided on these pages and that they do not, under any circumstances, make decisions based solely and exclusively on the information on the Portal. In any case, Tara For Women apologises for these errors, undertakes to correct them as soon as possible, and appreciates any comments, corrections or suggestions in this regard that the User may send to Tara Mujeres Emprendedoras, calle Montesa 35, Esc. The links on the Portal allow the User to leave the Tara For Women website. The linked sites are not related, unless otherwise indicated, to Tara For Women, which is not responsible for the content accessed by virtue of the aforementioned links, nor for the modifications carried out on them, nor for the use made of them, nor for their technical availability. In any case, Tara For Women undertakes to do everything possible to prevent the existence on the Portal of links to sites with illegal content, which promote illicit, racist, xenophobic activities and, in general, those that may violate the principles of freedom and human dignity or violate the values and rights recognised by the Spanish Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Tara For Women is not responsible for the opinions that may be expressed in the various permanent forums and in the occasional discussions that are reflected in the contents of the Portal. In any case, it is the purpose of Tara For Women to ensure the correct use of these mechanisms, with the utmost respect for the dignity of people and the freedom of expression protected by the Spanish Constitution, for which reason, among other things, it will cooperate, if required by court order or by the relevant authorities, in identifying the persons responsible for those contents that violate the law.
The information, presentation and services offered by the Portal may be subject to periodic or occasional changes, which may be freely made by Tara For Women without being obliged to notify users.
Tara For Women does not guarantee absolute privacy in the use of the Portal, since the possibility that unauthorized third parties may have knowledge of the same and the circumstances in which it is carried out should not be ruled out.
Tara For Women accepts no liability for any damage caused by computer viruses or other elements or programs that are harmful to the User's equipment, which may affect it as a result of accessing, using or browsing the site, or causing alterations to its electronic documents or files, the absence of which is not guaranteed.
Tara For Women is also not responsible for any possible security errors that may occur due to the use of computers infected with computer viruses. Nor is it responsible for any consequences that may arise from the malfunctioning of the browser or from the use of outdated versions of it.
Tara For Women is released from any liability arising from the malfunction of the Portal or any of its services that is caused by an accidental circumstance, force majeure, necessary maintenance work and/or any other cause not attributable to it.
The above list is merely indicative and is in no way exclusive or excluding in any of its points. In all cases, Tara For Women is released from any liability for damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the same and any other unspecified damages of similar characteristics.
This disclaimer is not intended to contravene any legal requirements in this area or to exclude liability for matters from which it may not be excluded under applicable law.
7 – Use of cookies:
Tara For Women may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the User's navigation through the Portal as much as possible.
Cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and his/her computer, and do not provide references that allow the User's personal data to be deduced and/or the User to be personally identified; that is, they are completely anonymous and cannot be associated with any specific User.
The User may, at any time, configure his/her browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies sent by Tara For Women, without this affecting the User's ability to access the content or interfering with navigation. The User has the option of configuring his/her browser to be alerted when cookies are received and to prevent their installation on his/her computer. 8 – Modifications:
Tara For Women reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it deems appropriate to its Portal, and may change, delete and/or add content and services provided through the Portal, as well as the way in which they are presented or located.
9 – Links:
On the Portal, the User may find various links through different buttons, links, banners, etc., which will lead him to web pages independent of the Portal and whose contents are the property of third parties. Their sole purpose is to facilitate access to other sources of information on the Internet related to its founding purposes and their inclusion in the Portal is inspired by respect for the intellectual property rights that, where applicable, may correspond to their authors.
In these cases, Tara For Women will not exercise any type of control over said sites and content and, consequently, does not assume any type of responsibility for any aspect related to the website to which a link is established from the Portal or for the results that may be derived for the User by accessing said links.
In no event will Tara For Women assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, truthfulness, validity, constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites, nor will it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements therein that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the documents and/or files of the User, excluding any responsibility for damages of any kind caused to the User for this reason.
Additionally, Tara For Women is not responsible in any case for the results that may arise for the User from accessing said links.
The establishment of any type of link by the Portal to another external website does not imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration and/or dependency between Tara For Women and the person responsible for the external website.
If any User, entity or website wishes to establish any type of link to the Portal and/or its content, they must comply with the following conditions and requirements:
• The link may be directed to the main page of the Portal and/or to any of its contents.
• The link must be absolute and complete. That is, it must take the User, with a click, either to the URL address of Tara For Women itself (www.taraforwomen.org) or to the one that replaces it in the future, or to any of its contents, and it must completely cover the entire extension of said screen of the Portal.
• If the entity that creates the link from its page to the Portal and/or to any of its contents wishes to include on its web page the brand, name, commercial name, sign, logo, slogan or any other type of identifying element of Tara For Women, it must first have its express written authorization, except in the case where a hyperlink is established directly to the Portal or to some content of the Portal.

• The establishment of the link does not imply in any case the existence of relations between Tara For Women and the owner of the site on which the link is established, nor the acceptance or approval by Tara For Women of its contents.
• Tara For Women will not exercise any type of control over the sites and content of the linked links.
Tara For Women assumes no responsibility for any aspect relating to the website that establishes this link to the Portal and/or its contents; specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.
10 – Persecution:
Tara For Women will pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of the Portal and/or its contents, exercising all administrative, civil and/or criminal actions that may be applicable by law.
11 – Modification of these conditions and duration:
Tara For Women may modify these conditions set out in its Legal Notice at any time, and if applicable, they will be duly published in this same place.
The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their publication and will, in general, be valid until they are modified by other duly published conditions. The temporal validity of these conditions coincides, therefore, with the time of their publication, until they are totally or partially modified, at which time the modified conditions will become valid.
Tara For Women may terminate, suspend or interrupt access to the contents of the Portal at any time and without prior notice, without the User being able to demand any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents set out above in these conditions will remain in force.
12 – Applicable legislation and jurisdiction:
These conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. In the event of any discrepancy or controversy arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions or the content of the Portal in general, Tara For Women and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
13 – Generalities:
In the event that any provision or provisions of these conditions were considered null or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of the conditions.
The non-exercise or execution by Tara For Women of any right or provision contained in these conditions will not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Tara For Women.
