However, some fields are necessary to correctly process your request (e.g. for the management of exchanges and returns), and the inclusion of personal data in the remaining fields is voluntary or accessory. 4 – For what purpose do we process your data?
In general, the information registered through www.taraforwomen.org that Tara For Women obtains from Users will be processed:
• To process and respond to requests made by Users through the forms enabled on www.taraforwomen.org and/or by email.
• To send Tara For Women activities and other communications, when the User has authorized it.
• To manage the registration of interested parties in the events, training and/or seminars that Tara For Women organizes.
• To manage the Mentor platform and its monitoring.
• To carry out market studies and statistical analysis.
• To process orders, as well as any type of request that is requested by the USER through any of the contact forms made available on the Tara For Women website.
5 – To which recipients will we communicate your data?
Tara For Women does not plan to communicate your personal data to any third party. If it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, the user will be informed of such transfer.
6 – What is the legitimacy of the processing?
The legal basis for the processing of the data collected is the consent of the User expressed by accepting this Privacy Policy, or by sending an email to any of the addresses provided through www.taraforwomen.org
The legal basis for the processing of the data collected in the registration form for courses and/or seminars is the pre-contract and/or contract with the User expressed by accepting the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

7 – How long will we keep your data?
The personal data collected will be kept by Tara For Women only for the time necessary to attend to and manage each specific request made by the User:
• In the case of the contact form, or by sending emails: for the time necessary to correctly attend to your request.
• In the case of Tara For Women activities, until the User revokes the consent given for its receipt.
• In the case of the registration form for courses and/or seminars, the data will be kept for up to three months after its completion and 5 years from the completion of the name, surname and certificate.
• In the case of the registration form for events, the data will be kept for up to three months after its completion.
However, after this period, the data may be blocked and kept by Tara For Women to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing and only during the limitation period of said liabilities. After the aforementioned periods, the personal data will be deleted by Tara For Women.
8 – What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
The User may revoke at any time the consent given for the processing of their data.
The User may, at any time, ask Tara For Women to confirm whether their personal data is being processed by Tara For Women and, if so, access it. Likewise, they may request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by Tara For Women, thus showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our page, you provide us with your consent to the processing of any personal data published on your profile.
Tara For Women has access to and processes the user's public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself.
The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by Tara For Women, but they will remain on the Social Network.

Tara For Women reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the user linked to its page may participate. The rules of each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on the same. Always complying with the current regulations that apply to it.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
ADVERTISING
