Marta Tena, winner of the first edition of the Tara for Women entrepreneurship award, is an industrial engineer and former patient of an Eating Disorder (ED) that she suffered from between the ages of 17 and 24.
After her recovery and medical discharge, Marta decided to dedicate her efforts to helping those who face this disease, giving them a voice and promoting social understanding about eating disorders. This is how the "Eat Your Fears" project was born, with the objective to raise awareness, inspire and collaborate, supported by a team of outstanding professionals committed to taking the association to a global level.
In addition, Marta founded Clínica Renace, an institution specialized in Eating Disorders, Obesity and Personality Disorder. The clinic offers an innovative comprehensive care program for both patients and their families, including:
