Meet the Mentors Behind Tara for Women
At Tara for Women, we know that success isn’t built alone. It takes knowledge, guidance, and a strong support system. That’s why we’ve built a powerful network of mentors—industry leaders, experts, and change-makers who are committed to helping female entrepreneurs thrive.
This year, one of our focuses is on supporting women entrepreneurs in rural Spain, where challenges like limited access to funding, marketing strategies, and legal guidance often stand in the way of business growth. But this program goes beyond business—it’s about revitalising communities.
Through the leadership of women who are heads of households, mothers, and pioneers at heart, we aim to increase economic opportunities in these villages, create jobs, and contribute to repopulating Spain’s rural areas.
To bridge this gap, we’ve assembled an extraordinary team of mentors with expertise in law, finance, branding, marketing, governance, and entrepreneurship—ready to guide these women in turning their vision into a reality.
But our mentors are more than just professionals. They are visionaries who believe in the power of women-led businesses to transform communities. Whether they’re helping structure a business, navigating complex legal landscapes, or refining a brand’s story, they bring invaluable insight, hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to impact.

Why Mentorship Matters
Mentorship is more than just advice—it’s about connection, empowerment, and unlocking potential. Studies show that entrepreneurs with mentors are more likely to succeed, scale, and sustain their businesses long-term.
At Tara for Women, we see mentorship as a key pillar of economic empowerment, especially for women breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields.
By fostering an ecosystem of guidance and collaboration, we are making rural entrepreneurship a viable and thriving reality.
