Tara for Women is an NGO that empowers entrepreneurial women and change-makers. Since 2022, we have been investing in female talent through financing, mentoring and visibility, helping women turn their ideas into impact and their dreams into reality.
Empowerment Opportunity Impact
Our approach
Mentorship is a strategic guide that connects women entrepreneurs with experts who help them professionalize, develop, and accelerate their projects. Participants receive workshops, coaching, and personalized guidance in key areas.
MENTORSHIP
We connect women entrepreneurs with an international network of talent, strategic partners, and investors. We give them visibility through events, media, and social networks, positioning their projects before key audiences. In this way, their ideas are not only developed but also shared and amplified.
VISIBILITY & NETWORKING
We invest directly in women. Through open calls and programs such as the Rural Women Entrepreneurs initiative, we provide financial support tailored to each type of project—from local businesses to startups with global impact—breaking down the historical barriers that have limited women’s access to capital.

Why We Do, What We Do
Bill Saad is an entrepreneur, investor, and father. He founded Tara For Women in memory of his daughter Tara, whose life ended before she could pursue her dreams. What began as grief turned into action: an organization that creates real opportunities for women to lead, build, and transform their communities.
With over 20 years of international experience, Bill has invested in more than 70 companies through Jota2 Group, always backing bold ideas with real impact. Today, his purpose is clear: to break down the barriers that hold women back and ensure that every woman, regardless of her background, has the tools, confidence, and support to lead change.
