Mentors and volunteers dedicate their valuable time and expertise to address the core needs of the project, preparing entrepreneurs for a future full of productivity and success.
How to collaborate?
As a mentor:
Provides ongoing guidance in your training development and project implementation.
As a volunteer:
Conduct workshops and provide specialized advice in areas such as marketing and communication, guidance in creating business plans, and other areas of expertise.

Empowering social entrepreneurs to solve problems, challenges and develop successful strategies to face the future.
Create a model of fluid communication and relationship.
Show the person being supported their strengths, talents and gifts, encouraging them to find ways to use them.
Conduct workshops and provide advice in your areas of expertise.

Participate in support of the entrepreneur, as agreed between the parties.
Maintain the confidentiality of social entrepreneurs.
Ensure clear communication with the social entrepreneur, as well as with the Foundation.

Willingness to provide emotional, social and practical support.
Knowledge of one's own limits and the ability to set limits with others.
Ability to recognize and help female social entrepreneurs discover and apply their own strengths.

Our mission is to provide support across borders. To do so, it is not mandatory for the mentor and/or volunteer to be located in the same place as the social entrepreneurs. A suitable location can be agreed between both parties.

The role of the mentor and/or volunteer is fundamental to what we do. As a result, we offer supervision/training provided by the person in charge.
Individual meetings with the coordinator can also be arranged when necessary.
